One for the Books: BBALL Nationals 2023

After a week of exciting basketball games featuring some of the best talents from British Columbia, it’s time to reflect on the recently concluded BBALL Nationals 2023. The boys’ division followed the special performances by the girls who claimed their division titles. Some of the standout players in the U18 Platinum Division include Ajay Hayer, Irish Coquia, Eesher Sarai, and Declan Cutler. The spectators were in awe of the performances of clubs like New West Elite, RainCity, and others who put on an impressive display night after night.

Looking forward to next year’s event, it’s important to note the positive experience and impact of the 2023 tournament. Coach James Green gave the event a perfect 10/10 rating, praising the excellent court coverage, fantastic refereeing, and efficient organization.

Coach Michael Acheampong of Flight Academy also shared his positive experience, saying, “It’s been a great experience, and the boys have been competing with great pool play and close games, and the boys are having a good time.”

The BBALL Nationals organizers’ commitment to providing great competition and maintaining an organized approach ensures that everyone attending and competing will leave satisfied with the tournament. This focus on delivering an outstanding experience is a growing priority for BBALL Nationals.

With that said congratulations to the clubs that emerged as champions after running the gauntlet.
