4A Zone Tournaments Underway for Provincial Berths

With Provincials well under a month away, BC Boys zone tournaments have begun, determining which teams will punch their ticket to the historic Provincials tournament.

4A Sea to Sky

Carson Graham defeated Vancouver technical Friday in the Vancouver Sea to Sky league challenge game to advance to the zone tournament.

They will join Kitsilano, Handsworth, St. Georges, West Vancouver, Winston Churchill, Vancouver College, and David Thompson.

Out of eight, only two will advance to the provincials tournament.

The action starts tonight at St. Georges and Vancouver College.

4A Eastern Valley

Four quality teams will compete at Yale Secondary tonight to determine who will face both Abbotsford Senior and W.J Mouat on Thursday at the Langley Events Centre.

The winners on Thursday will find themselves back at the LEC on March 8th for Provincials.

Yale will host G.W Graham followed by Walnut Grove and R.E Mountain.

4A Okanagan

Over in the Okanagan, Rutland will host Mount Boucherie, and Okanagan Mission will host Penticton.

Salmon Arm and Kelowna Secondary will await the winners before closing the tournament on Friday to determine the single team advancing to the Provincials.
